I built this for myself first
My clinical work is anti-aging — slowing and reversing how skin shows age. The same question follows me home: what slows the rest of it? I take a stack of supplements myself, and I wanted to know exactly what each ingredient does, where the safe limits are, and how it all sits next to my sleep, training, and meals. Nothing showed that in one place, so I built it.

Aesthetic medicine is anti-aging you can see — my clinic days go to slowing how fast skin shows its age. Vivledia widens that question to the rest of the body. I also write the research explainers on this site, each one cited back to the studies it draws on.

The same question, one layer deeper
Skin is one organ, and slowing how it ages is my day job. Sleep, training, meals, and whatever you swallow each morning decide the same thing for the rest of the body. I wanted a dashboard for that side too.
I could not tell what I was actually taking
A multivitamin, a separate zinc, a magnesium blend. Each is fine alone. Together they can cross the tolerable upper intake level for vitamin A, iron, zinc, B6, or selenium — and I wanted to know which ingredient does what, at what dose, and where the ceiling is.
The limits are published; the arithmetic was not
Upper limits come from the National Academies and daily values from the FDA. The science was never the missing part. What was missing was the sum — it takes reading every label and knowing which ingredient names are the same compound.
Supplements do not sit on their own
What you take interacts with how you sleep, move, and eat. I did not want five apps that each know a fifth of the day. So the ingredient totals sit next to the rest of it — one Longevity Score, with the reasoning shown.
What we will not claim
The Longevity Score is our own design, not a validated clinical instrument. We say so inside the app, and the per-axis basis — WHO activity and sodium guidance, sleep guidance from the sleep-medicine literature, FDA and EFSA caffeine limits — is published where you can read it. Vivledia does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, and it is not a substitute for your clinician.
